Obenauf's Leather Protection
I've tried them all and there is only one leather protection for me, Obenauf's. I urge you not to use anything else on my products, or any other leather for that matter. All natural oils, beeswax, and propolis protect the leather like nothing else. If it isn't good on your skin, it's not good on leather. Would you rub a petroleum based product on your skin? Didn't think so, me either. That's why I use and recommend Obenauf's. I think this stuff is the best there is.
Obenauf' Heavy Duty LP
Obenauf's Heavy Duty LP is industrial strength protection for working leather. It repels water, manure acids, petroleum, salt and chemicals. It resists dry rot, scuffing and cracking, resists mildew, mold, and bacteria growth. LP restores and preserves dried out leather naturally. It is odorless after it is applied to leather.
Three natural oils are held in a beeswax/propolis suspension formula. In the leather these oils gradually seep out of this wax/resin providing a time release lubrication to inner fibers while reinforcing the surface against scuffing. If exposed to heat or constant flexing, the oils are released faster: so leather gets oiled instead of parched and cracked, yet the leather still breathes. Use it on working boots, dog collars, horse tack, any leather that needs heavy duty protection. This is what I use to pre-treat my leather products. It doesn't matter if I treat it or you treat it, just treat it!!
Obenauf's Leather Oil
Obenauf's leather oil conditions leather, repels water and salt, resists cracking and dry rot. It penetrates completely and you can buff to a shine and polish over it. Great for exotic and regular dress boots, working boots, hiking boots, jackets and chaps, saddles and tack, and leather furniture.
