Utah residents need to add 6.25% for sales tax.
Please, Please, Please, put your telephone number somewhere on your order. I almost always need information about your order. If I can't reach you, it takes so much more time. Just put it on the paypal page or if you want, send a separate e mail.
Shipping Information
Shipping costs continue to rise along with fuel prices. Please know that we DO NOT charge you "handling" fees. We charge ONLY ACTUAL SHIPPING FEE. We will refund any extra shipping fees by placing extra in your package when shipped to you. We recycle boxes and packing material (don't worry, your package is packed safe and sound), we live near UPS and go there almost every day.
International shipping rates are obviously higher. If you are ordering from out of the United States, you need to contact us BEFORE you order to get a shipping rate quote. If you don't do this and you don't include enough postage, I will request you send the balance BEFORE I ship your order. No, I wont make an exception!
HEAVY THINGS LIKE GALLONS OF OBENAUFS OIL OR LP REQUIRE EXTRA SHIPPING. THEREFORE A MINIMUM OF $15.00 FOR THE WEST, $20.00 FOR MIDWEST, AND $25.00 FOR EASTERN STATES MUST BE ADDED.
I HAVE BEEN GETTING KILLED ON SHIPPING LATELY. PLEASE HELP ME BY ADDING ENOUGH TO COVER SHIPPING COST. ANY EXTRA WILL BE PUT IN YOUR PACKAGE WHEN SENT TO YOU.
