"Just wanted to let you know the collars arrived and I wanted to thank you for the slip lead as well. I have had several dogs in my life and thus a lot of collars. I have ordered collars from a lot of places and even made some of my own in the past, but I just wanted to let you know that you make a fine collar, the best I have seen. Most collars have the brass rivets that after a while pop loose, especially on the name tags. It's so nice to have good ole' copper rivets holding things together. The quality of these collars is outstanding, not only in materials used, but the fit and finish is impeccable. You truly produce a superior product, not only in collars, but in everything else I have purchased from you!"
And about a "Old World Harness Leather" lead he purchased months before his collars.
"I left my lead on the tool box in my truck and it fell down and wrapped around the axle and drug for several miles before I figured out what the clinking noise was. I un-wrapped it from the axle, rubbed off a few scuff marks on the leather and other than some scuffing on the brass snap, you can't tell the difference. It's one tough lead!"

"We are very happy with everything we've purchased....cant tell you how nice it is to NOT be messing around with putting a halter on, then off, then putting a bridle on, then off, then the halter back on and off.... One of the other things I like about it is I can slip the bit out whenever I want to and not have to go through a big ordeal to get ready to go again because putting the bit back in is so easy.
We ride the horses a lot (doing dog stuff and just general riding in the mountains etc.) and your set up makes things SO much easier. I cant tell you how much we love the set up and how it works....it's convenient, durable and very effective, not to mention, very nice looking. Thanks for your products and your patients, we appreciate the great customer service you've provided. You have a couple of happy customers in American Fork!"

"I love the dog collars. They are working out great! I use them every day in the field and they still look as good as the day I bought them from you. The buckles and rings are easy to use and I can put them on and take them off with ease. Most importantly, the dogs are comfortable in them and I am comfortable that if my dogs are ever lost, the brass name plate will help me get them back safely. They are a very nice product and I look forward to putting them on all of my dogs in the future."
